Our Tournament (To be Named Later)

So, guys, I hear we're starting another tournament!
It's been a while.

How about some ideas?
Here's what we got so far:

  • 3v3 teams
  • at least 8 teams
  • Funtags (Like JMR's Tournament)


Gimme some of your guys's ideas to help structure the tournament!
Once this is done, we'll post it on the DP forums!

    Hey Lazers,

    Thanks for your contributions. We should start with it being 3v3 teams, but if we can't get enough, we can always drop to 2s.

    I think we will struggle to get 8 teams (3*8 = 24 players!) - I'd like to see *at least* 4 teams. Of course, more would be better.

    I think the funtags is a good idea - I think it allows more people to join in - those that don't have a clan/enough clan mates.

    Do you think we should have a set map list, or allow people to choose anything? I might have a closer look at how JMR runs his and report back with how we might structure it.

    We should try finalise these ideas by the coming weekend.

    Also - who is in?

    I expect that others players who might join in could include
    - MatzeMR
    - Thai
    - Omni

    JMR had a maplist in his tournament.
    Maybe I'll make another page link to our tournaments.

    You're right, 8 teams is a little much, but I think at least four is good.
